Recruiter pro tip
UK social work JDs need to be honest about caseload size and complexity — these are the primary drivers of social worker burnout and turnover. Local authorities with realistic caseloads attract and retain better than those with inflated numbers. Be specific in the JD about caseload expectations and team support.
