I've spent 12 years in professional recruitment — running searches, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and making placement decisions. I've read over 15,000 CVs. I've also spent the last two years testing every AI tool in the job-search space. I started JobLabs to share what I've learned, because job seekers deserve insider information, not AI-slop.
