Recruiter pro tip

UK marketing manager JDs often blur the line between hands-on execution and strategic leadership. Be specific in the JD about whether the role is more 'doing' (campaigns, content) or 'leading' (team management, strategy) — applicants self-select based on this and you'll get better-matched candidates.
