Recruiter shows InMail counts, candidate Open to Work signals (visible to recruiters even with the badge off), pipeline tags, and Boolean filters. When I'm sourcing in Recruiter, I'm running queries — and your profile either matches or doesn't. "All-Star" profile completeness, current job title, location, and skills are the four fields that matter most.
